Our Mission
Empowering you with tools and support to live with clarity, peace, and purpose.
To empower clients through evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness, fostering resilience, self-confidence, and emotional balance, helping you move from overthinking and self-criticism to living with purpose, presence, and peace.

Jemila McPhee, LCSW
My work focuses on anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic stress, and the self-critical thoughts that make everyday life feel heavier than it needs to be.
What sets my approach apart is the way I blend grounded clinical strategies with compassion, clarity, and attunement. I help individuals who tend to “hold everything together” on the outside while struggling internally with overthinking, people-pleasing, burnout, or the pressure to be strong for everyone else.
I work with adolescents and adults across diverse backgrounds.
